They've been mixing it up lately so I'm not gonna make any assumptions.  But it's gonna hit like a ton of bricks when it happens IMO and there are a lot of eyes both already invested and on the sidelines ready hop in when the run starts.  And given the endless chatter of a penny, you can guess what the targets are gonna be and where to expect a sell off.  The opportunity w/ them right now is pretty pretty awesome.
