Yeah I would say every one of our subcontractors has gotten a copy of the BK petition. Then in a couple weeks they start a man in cash. Or change the terms of the agreement Or just leave. And they have no idea that it was dismissed. So when you were complaining about the wealth not getting drilled on time last year you should ask Heartland what was wrong. best thing is if these guys have to pay 700,000. it might stop in from acting like this in the future. not to mention every day at 11 o'clock people that these guys work for shorted the stock. The increase in the shared count hasn't helped us either.
there's always this 3.5 million dollar gas well contract. so now they can't even promote that very much because they will bad mouth tree to the new contractors. Trey can not afford for this new contract to fall through either. If you want to organize a class action lawsuit against these guys let me know.
