TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2014) - Kleangas Energy Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: KGET) is pleased to report that our Subsidiary Green Day Technologies, will have 2,500 MT of Pellets for shipping by mid February 2014 with the balance to be delivered by first week in March 2014. The initial order for 5,000 metric tons will be delivered to South Korea. This first shipment represents a minimum of over $800,000 in revenue to the Company of the 12 month long $10,000,000 order commitment. Green Day is in the process of expanding production and will accept additional pellet orders as production allows.
Green Day had originally expected to only have one buyer for South Korea. This plan changed when the Company received 3 additional requests for product. Based upon the original contract we would have had to turn down the additional request, and the other pellet buyers did not want to turn over their clients to the one buyer the Company has contracted. An 8k was filed yesterday, January 21, 2014 reflecting this single distributor agreement termination. Free of this single distributor agreement, KGET subsidiary is now receiving additional inquiries for product beyond the 3 additional requests mentioned above.
Bo Linton CEO of Kleangas Technologies, Inc., stated, "We are working on the logistics which is a whole new area for the Company due to the fact we are shipping overseas. Each shipment will become easier to arrange as we become experienced with the logistic process."
