As for the issue of who is at Lake Bayano, Coast Eco Timber is the one already harvesting there with a 15,000 hectare concession. I think the reference to "three companies waiting to start" is a reference to at Lake Bayano which is about 35,000 hectares in total. BLWP's concession is 2400 hectares.
