NYC Mayor DiBlasio should never mention unite the city or equality again. 2 snow storms since his election and they can't seem to plow Staten Island. Why you ask? He lost Staten Island in the election. Apparently he has other sections of NYC he lost which are not getting plowed either. It's all fun and games until a life is claimed due to poor road conditions. If roads aren't plowed then how do you expect emergency services to respond to those who may be in need of assistance. Just a thought.
