scout, since you asked, why not just legalize heroine and cocaine? Dope is dope. Why do you smoke grass-to get a buzz on-soon the whole state of Colorado will be staggering around, driving their kids to school, on and on. Now I will say this-if a person has an incurable cancer and is in unbearable pain with only a short time to live, if it eases their pain and suffering, I could not blame them for smoking it. Soon elementary grade kids will be smoking it at recess. Hope that answers your question.
