As i've said theres usually a time lag of several weeks between obtaining such permits and the posting of such on mex agencies several tunnels downstream-so its possible to have a ship before we even learn of 2014 permits, as long as the ship facilitator /CWRN are comfortable in beginning the ship shark process prior to final permit delivery
