She's likely referring to synthetic THC (tradename Marinol; USP Dronabinol) which is schedule 3, but you're absolutely right. The fed gvt policies regarding mj are irrational, schizoid, and don't serve the American people's interests at all. What do they say? A camel is a horse designed by a gvt committee?
