Why some sleeper alerts go and some dont , mergers

Why some sleeper alerts go and some dont , mergers fall through on most and other have financing yanked from them , all in all we do find some to get into early. ROSV held for 3 months and did real well , Alerted HLNT and BLEW on same post and look at those 2 stocks now, both those chart were identical when I alerted them
