Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (YGE)
YGE reported that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yingli Energy (China) Company Limited, has obtained the Certificate for Contracting Foreign Engineering Projects from governmental authority of People's Republic of China.
The certificate formally authorizes YGE 's Yingli Energy to enter into contracts for large-scale PV engineering projects overseas. It also permits YGE 's Yingli Energy to dispatch workers internationally in order to fulfill such contracts.
YGE is the world's largest photovoltaic module manufacturer in terms of production capacity and shipments. YGE 's manufacturing covers the photovoltaic value chain from ingot casting and wafering through solar cell production and module assembly.

On its unaudited results for the second quarter fiscal 2014, EDU posted total net revenues of US$208.3 million, a 25.6% increase year over year, operating income of US$0.7 million, compared to a loss of US$26.9 million in the same period the prior year, and net income attributable to EDU of US$4.3 million, compared to net loss of US$15.8 million in the second quarter fiscal 2013.

Intel Corporation (INTC)
INTC has agreed to sell the assets of Intel Media, its business division dedicated to the development of Cloud TV products and services, to Verizon Communications Inc.
Verizon will purchase intellectual property rights and other assets that enable INTC 's OnCue Cloud TV platform, which is designed to provide pay-TV programming over any high-speed Internet connection.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
