Wondering if we able to make any correlations bewe

Wondering if we able to make any correlations beween filings and Victor's trips.  Noticed he recently spent some time in New York..  Can't remember if he was going back.  Will have to check again. 

Also noticed his last trip to Los Angeles was cut short a few days.  Same week German G. stepped down?  When I initially read that, I thought might have been a snag with the filings?  Looking for any clues.
