Hello Again Health, As to the big board stocks,
Post# of 2559
As to the big board stocks, I don't really hold them for the long term. They are very liquid, and I can enter and exit a $10, $20, or $30 and higher priced stock with no issues. I'll post a couple of big board stocks that I've been swing trading to give you an idea of why I don't hold them longer term. The market of 2013, where the market was up 25%, isn't repeated often. But trading the swings during the year can certainly earn one more than just a buy and hold strategy. Times have changed over the years, and one needs to adapt to the market.
Also, please define your parameters for a penny stock, up to what price? .01, .10, .99? I'll post a list and charts today of my core pennies for you today after I hear back from you. I do post charts on them every week or two, although I normally mention that they are not chart plays for me. I do look at their charts often to assist me and others who are accumulating so we have an idea of where more shares could be purchased during a pullback, breakout, etc. It's all about the management teams on these few stocks. It isn't a long list, because I concentrate on a very few and stay on top of them with a lot of DD. And although there's never a guarantee, in the start up and emerging company arena, it's all about management.
