The company will only move when it's well and truly ready. When all the "i's" are dotted and all the "t's" crossed.
I think they well and truly won't announce a single thing till they see the money in the bank first this time. It might even happen that the company that buys the mining assets, or the one they are maybe partnering with announces the news first.
I think they just don't want to fall foul of the SEC again.
