What I anticipate and this is purely speculation is that the float is soon locked
Down to a trading float of 500m shares, with the remaining owned and locked down by longs holding for multiple pennies. As the company increases its revenues over the coming months and quarters, the company and company iniders can and will. Uy up the majority of the shares that trade more freely forcing higher and higher PPS values. A stock with the same structure and a similarly strong shareholder base, HLNT, is doing what I envision happening without BCAP. Check. The chart and SS and you will see BCAP do the same or better than. HLNT.
