I think if DUTV's filing doesn't produce some substantial, tangible evidence of things they've been promising they will have to go silent.  Even if they have something legitimate they will have to just shut up and go dark until they can actually produce.  Everyone will bash them, and deservedly so, but they can no longer continue to state they are everywhere and results are coming soon only to produce nothing.  It just wont float any longer.
