LOL That one really cracks me up. O always acts like some powerless bystander who looks at his own policies like with N S A and MJ and shakes his head in dismay.  Tomorrow, after the game, O could, by several strokes of a pen: 1) remove mj from schedule I  and 2) give full pardons to all those poor "kids or individual users" in "for long stretches of jail time"  that he projects such compassion for. Notice how he always blames someone else.  Until that politician puts actions where words are, it's a just a bag of wind and the usual hypocrisy. Even Pat Robertson, of all people, came out strongly in 2012 against locking people up for mj, legalizing mj for adult use (like alcohol),  and said that the war on drugs is a failure. Wm. F. Buckley said that in 1965.
