Also, on top of those shares which IronRidge has no duty to report and/or serve to influence their reporting requirements (Schedule 13's, etc) there is the possible existence of another 10% of the O/S which could be held by IronRidge; that is another roughly 280,000,000 shares. What this means is that IronRidge could very well be actually holding well over a Billion shares in RFMK and they would not have any obligation for disclosure and maybe no one besides them would even know they hold such a large position.
According to the last filing, the public float is just over 500,000,000 shares. The float itself is roughly 2.5B shares, so it is likely that the public float is upwards of 1.2B shares now and that IronRidge is holding just over a Billion shares. BWDIK? It is just a speculative guess and another opinion among the horde of opining that goes around on anonymous public internet message boards. Furthermore, if we were to estimate that since the last public float figure IronRidge provided the company with roughly $300,000 worth of capital and the public float moved from just about 500M shares to about 1.2B then 700M shares were churned by IronRidge since then. It is interesting to note that that would indicate a cost basis of those shares of roughly $300,000 / 700M = ~$0.0004 per share. Guess what the 50-day moving average is? $0.0004
Hmmmm.....
Meanwhile, the company is enjoying the GROWTH provided by $300,000 worth of capital inflow!!!
I wonder what corporate activity a HOLDING COMPANY engages in when it has NO DEBT, $1.2M in receivables (that it can leverage with banks, etc), $300,000 cash and $50,000 per month coming in every single month?!!!
