Yeah I found similar articles on Indian websites, albeit a mere copy of the News Release.
What I would really like to find is verifiable info of the State of Incorporation. I mean if a new subsidiary is created there must be a record somewhere. I'm not just talking about EWS Bharat but iTech as well.

However, since India is not as transparent as the Western world it might be more difficult to find trustworthy and adequate information. Also these endeavours are still in its infancy and public records, if any exist, may not be updated.
To get the bull by the horn I contacted IR & asked for evidence, and if they were unable to provide I asked if Mr Nielson could address this in the upcoming CC.
