I hope they can pull a miracle, but seems unlikely

a powerful politician who decided business was evil- saw the tv doc on a station sympathetic to the politician- in late 2009 directed doj fbi sec dtc blm etc, who in turn directed other entities- to target low priced pennies and do whatever they could to stop startups- since he was frustrated he couldnt do anything about big business due to their legal and political clout
so i wonder if thats why blm reopened the permit process aug 2012 and the blm political appointee is making things difficult -blm underlings cant say anything because its way over their pay grade and the anti-business attitude at the top violates blm's historical multi use profile
SIRG cant say anything because they dont want to make things worse- but I've never seen this anti- business attitude at the top-and I've never seen anything like this drawn out BLM etc permit process for a preexisting rural use w no organized opposition or competing uses-
Congress-in a backlash against the extreme anti business attitude- has lately been putting pressure on some agencies to be more equitable -which may work in an election year.even though those agencies /political appointees are anti-business
longterm investors dont kick in without permits and without permits best u can find is a gray knight or gray JV who exacts a heavy penalty from SIRG and stockholders for his "largess"
I'm surprised at the permit difficulties-bears no resemblance to my experience whatsoever - and imagine SIRG is also flabbergasted and frustrated, which we've seen in Sirgs communications w longs
