I do not like what I am seeing. Even if one buys into the argument that the company just needs to dilute the hell out of the stock to get going, then one must be intelligent enough to realize that dilution has consequences, and those consequences are not typically good for shareholders (where is the O/S at the present time and will they max out the A/S to 20 billion). Most investors know that pink sheet companies often claim they will not R/S right up to the moment that they will, and shareholders are last to know. Conversely, if one argues that the accumulation chart shows strength, so it must be okay to buy more and hold, then one must ask why someone or some company would be accumulating without benefit to shareholders. Hollund does not have the revenue required to buy back shares, so this can be ruled out. So if someone or some company is soaking up all these shares, then they don't they care about the common shareholder, and this should worry everyone.
Lets say a company wishes to buy out or take over Hollund, but they are cheap and do not want to pay the market price. What then is our upside?
I feel the more likely scenario is that more conversions are going on, and we all know the ratio of those conversions and how high the O/S can go. A maxed out O/S will limit our upside potential.
This is the situation I find myself considering, and the reason I am not doing a lot of posting. I am waiting to see what Hollund has to say about our future. But for some reason, they are not talking. And, the only news release they gave us says harvesting is still weeks away from right now, and we all know Hollund is generally late on all the promises.
