Our CEO is a hedge fund manager. Ludvik Holdings owns 154 million shares of WNTR at .10 cents a piece. Insiders will not sell for less than .10 cents imo. Do some dd around here and figure out what your talking about. Frank's series C preferred shares have a conversion price of .50 cents. The plan is to bring in institutional investors and get a 30 million dollar loan from an institutional bank.
