It sure looks that way. The Growlife CEO letter refers to a concerted attack on the entire sector. Who benefits? There's a number of potential candidates with BP leading the pack. Cartels? They stand to lose big with legalization. Some of their money is rumored to go to high places. Shorty seems to be well connected.
