Peeps on the I-dud brd Totally Forgetting One main reason why the buy back was to be significant!.....And that was to Have a large chunk of shares bot by the CEO..that would still not have reduced the O/S...but would have put the shares in hands where the shares would not be traded, therefore "relatively" affecting the tradable Float......"relatively" decreasing the Float!

But that has been Negated by the addition of nearly ~144 Mill commons converted from the Pref's

Now if Jeff can confirm somehow....ALL of that 114 mill is in his hands, and not in the regular trading Pool, then Nearly the same Goal will be accomplished ...Except for the Fact that Earning HAVE been further Diluted....EPS Has Been Affected!!

The Other Reason for Jeff buying the shares was to put on the Show of Confidence in his own Company ...to demonstrate his conviction to the Crowd!!
