Shares of KONE skyrocketed on Friday's trading session after the company reported strong performance on its financial results.

For its fiscal year 2013, KONE posted revenues of $11.6 million, an approx. 696.8% increase year over year, gross profit of approx. $1 million, a 527.7% increase compared to the same period the prior year, while its loss from operations decrease 72.4% or $6.8 million to $2.6 million from approximately loss of $9.4 million in fiscal year 2012.

According to its financial outlook, KONE expects revenues of $12.0 million to $15.0 million and net income of $0.5 million to $1 million for fiscal year 2014.

KONE is a China-based software and solutions developer focused on wirelessly enabling businesses and government agencies to more efficiently manage their operations.
