Thanks BigSur25, it's good to be back. The Six Month Prospectus answered many of my questions concerning the O&G industry reporting rules and process. It also answers why bashers with some past O&G experience can easily twist facts. They easily get away with it due to the lack of information longs have to contradict their nonsense. That will change with future filings!
I'm confident TECO's plan is solid but the bashers will have their twists and turns with it. I don't read the Ihub TECO board since it lacks truth and is nothing but a bunch of distortions. The bottom line is TECO's SEC filings are the bible since we can't rely on 3rd party operators to report to the TRRC. In addition the BPD doesn't translate into the real NRI per barrel so again we need the 10Q's to fully understand TECO's total value on a quarter by quarter basis. In addition TECO can't disclose the sales of wells/leases due to NDA's for legal reasons and so again we only have the SEC financials. The current PPS is based on less than favorable financials dating back to the end of June, 2013. If TECO can improve their financials quarter over quarter and file their financials within a 30-45 days +/- after the close of the pertinent quarter then IMO the PPS will improve quickly. In the short term I'm hoping 10Q3 shows much improvement over the 10Q2 and my gut says the 10K shows a much better 10Q4 and TECO's best year to date. I highlight in red below what excites me the most because I'm hearing rumors of huge news coming. IMO I think we hear about the end of Belize and the beginning of something much larger and without all the GOB BS and interference. This is only rumor so don't hold it against me if nothing comes about. On the other hand todays news on KGET being awarded a $10mm contract was only rumor at one time but I believed in the rumor and so I invested $4k. That $4k profited $12K today. Rumors can many times have some truth to them and if the rumor becomes truth then TECO's PPS will explode and the shorters will be in huge trouble! There are some bashers on this board who probably feel Belize is being "neglected" vs just a business decision to cease operations if that is indeed TECO's final decision. These "country of Belize" types don't like the idea of old non-working well sites occupying their little 3rd world country! I have no doubt this poster has a selfish and/or interfering agenda and doesn't give a chit less about TECO shareholders.
Belize Operations
The Company received an operating extension from Princess Petroleum to continue operations in Belize until January 31, 2014. The Company has not made an official announcement regarding operations in Belize beyond that point. However, the Company is looking at several other international opportunities at this time as possible options independent of Belize.
An official decision regarding Treaty Energy Corporation’s operations in Belize will be made at a later date.
