Sorry for all the posts this morning (at work and bored!), but can anyone think of any well known big board companies that got their start in the OTC? Did apple or HP start in the pennies as public offerings? Also, getting back to share structure, I truly don't get some posters (at least over there) that try and fear people by constantly posting share structure and how BIG it might be (not just for ICPA, but for any legit Penny). I mean Steve said it himself, you cannot turn a developmental company into a thriving successful revenue generating company without an adequate share structure (meaning several billion shares). I happen to agree with that. People that invested in a start up company should also have realzed that when they plopped money down here & elsewhere in the OTC. Where did they think the money was going to come from? The shareholders of course! That is, at least for now, until the revenues start to flow in the future quarters.
