I never worked for a start-up but one thing I know about them is they are meant to start up.
After 6 years Treaty is no longer a start-up - it's a failure.
By all reasonable financial definitions it is not a going concern - IMO.
And nothing you say to try and undermine that facts I presented can change my opinion on that.
