Well I don't know your friend, I was assuming he wasn't having grand plans like this or you wouldn't be posting here, but I don't like to assume! ;-)

Thanks for taking the time to view this correspondence. My question relates to whether it would be considered legal or illegal for a website to sell cannabis products online in California? If not, are there plans for the state to allow/regulate this sort of business activity? Thank you for your assistance in this manner.
Hello: The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) administers the Medical Marijuana Identification Card program only. The CDPH Medical Marijuana Program provides a voluntary medical marijuana identification card issuance and registry program for qualified patients and their caregivers. The web-based registry system allows law enforcement and the public to verify the validity of a qualified patient or caregiver's card as authorization to possess, grow, transport and/or use medical marijuana in California. Not exactly the best answer in the world... Here's a question: do any of those collectives use delivery parcels (UPS/DHL/USPS etc.) or is it like calling Dominos?
