Two days in a row to check and see if anyone knew

Two days in a row to check and see if anyone knew anything about the upcoming case for Treaty and then read BO's "scam" post.  As usual, there are two sides to any story.  Now, go back and see what Treaty has posted that they were going to do, and what that have done.  A lack of success doesn't mean that they didn't do what they posted.  For instance, they posted they were going to drill in Belize.  They posted they were going to acquire leases in East Texas, and West Texas and then posted they were going to drill wells.  They have actually done all of those activities.  Whey you post that there is a scam, it might behoove you to know what that means and how to compare that with what the company has done as there is then a conflict of intentions and actions taken.  (I don't want to touch personal comments because that can get someone into leagal problems with defammation suits and the like, so no comments on BO or the CEO either for that matter.)
As for the court case, if anyone hears anything please post and I'll check back this weekend for sure.  In the meantime, hopefully Treaty will have some success in their new drilling efforts, production success in their old drilling efforts, and for sure success in their court case.  Perhaps they can get this company share price turned around and headed north once again.
