" There are perhaps 70 SAIs."  ??    There are thousands of SAI's.   They won't run out if they want to keep reading -   but, the good news is that there has been sufficient interaction to know which ones are being scrutinized and/or will be scrutinized  .  .  .  a "sampling", if you will.
