p 3 of CWRN CA attorney letter - Geo had been barred from mine ca aug 2011 and as noted by sept 2011 PR etc a new shipping facilitator had been hired-only reason Geo name was in 1st 2 ships ship manifest or whatever was because Geo was ship facilitator -Geo did NOT own the ore- jva makes clear CWRN's "wholly owned" PanAm is operator/ owner of the mine
