I think they will be late on everything in the early going. When your trying to do something you haven't done before, you can't really know the timetable. When McDonalds builds another restaurant, it is probably a very efficient and predictable affair, but that is mainly because they have done it thousands of times. You have to stumble forward a bit when it is new. Add to that, working in a foreign environment which our competitors have described as slooow-paced. On the other hand, we have purchase orders which should help to facilitate a rapid development - especially if it leverages financing.
Years ago I helped a niece through college and one of the things I would periodically tell her is "don't be afraid to stumble forward, it is the forward part that matters" - seems pertinent here. If our guys just keep pushing forward, it eventually won't matter that were off on some timeline estimates.
