Tex, Disappointed yes but not really surprised. I was hoping for an increase in PPS to see  HIMR build a new foundation. I have watched a lot of stocks that get promoted on a regular basis and never gain ground. Sure they go up for a day or 2 and then go right back down. There are some traders make a lot of money on promos, don't think they did here today. We have another day of promos ahead, hopefully we will gain a little ground and then they will be over. Not a fan of promos! We just need that life changing PR they talked about.
