Yup they could file at anytime but I will say with complete confidence that DUTV won't be filing today. If they had any intention of doing so they would not have submitted for a late filing.
I think that they will push it to the last possible opportunity as they have in the past. I think they are still waiting on some other factor and it may have to do with fully completing the TORQ deal.
Maybe TORQ needed to prove their ability to facilitate the levels of IP traffic for DUTV in order to present that data to a third party partner to convice them that DUTV technology is functional and viable in high ip traffic. Maybe that partner has not yet completely bought into the program. Maybe the TORQ deal completion is contingent upon DUTV locking down this third party to provide the necesary access to customer base that will drive the pps to a place where TORQ will acquire sufficient financial return from their share psotioin.
I think there is still alot of juggling going on which is why DUTV is still hinting at so many things but really giving no firm details. And when it comes time for financials they focus on addressing bashers instead of addressing the tangible progress of the company regarding expected partenrships.
There is still potential here but I think it's clear DUTV is still in limbo on the partnerships for whatever reason. IMHO.
