You will be simply amazed at what it does for the entire family. IFUS also has a great, non pain killer, safer PMS product for ladies!!!! It dawned on me that absorb-able Mg and Ca in IFUS Nutrimastic helps all the muscles all the time, nut just runners, athletes and those with constipation (which it seems is partly a lack of minerals the muscles need), and PMS is partly muscle cramps, due to mineral imbalances!!!!!
