The problem with paid promo's, they are usually a pump & dump. Not all the time, but it happens. Promos are not cheap. As stated I their promo: "VSR expects to be compensated fifteen thousand dollars usd from a third party non affiliate for investor communications services on Hollund Industrial Marine, Inc., (HIMR) (hereafter referred to as "this new pick")."
