Lets make something very clear , no one will be able to sell there shares without the legal attorney opinion that states what is the current OS - Minus restricted shares.
Garry refuses to provide it , Broker firms based on Rule 144 this is a must. So till he posts the 10k no one going to be able to sell capriole.
