Company hard at work doing deals. Currently engaged in a legal battle with a hostile partial preferred shareholder . In this business it's not what you know but who you know. The CEO has never resigned and the partial ownership does not give the hostile group the right to control AGIJ. Be that as it may they hijacked Nevada State filings and the service providers have all ceased providing service to AGIJ until this dispute is resolved.
