$AEXPD, Spotlight Innovation is up 10% since my by call here. I will be adding to my stash this quarter. Ticker change is due this week IIRC, the 16th?, and we should be seeing Form 4 disclosures soon, and the first consolidated quarterly of the new company soon.
The float is under 250,000 shares now and 50-60% of that is new shares bought to pay off old debt before the R/S-R/M and they were R/S 500:1 with the old shares, and their cost was about 50 cents for those shares, so I suspect there will be very few shares sold at under $5/share. Then I expect a push to rally it to at least $10 to $20 /share before they raise cash for the Biotech products..... So when news comes there will few chances to buy cheap.
The share volume traded the last 2 years was only about 5% of the 60 million shares issued during that time. They were R/S 500:1 with no sellers.
There is and has been no P&D on this stock in years!!!! It may be headed to Nasdaq as a major new biotech Venture Capital firm if the new CEO executes his plan.
Last two of these I picked were were ~MHAN in 2009 (now $TGTX, which went from .001 to $8, and is now on Nasdaq (came from OTC... ) and $CYTR I bought at .35 in 2009
The third one I picked was up 65% yesterday, AMEX biotech. $MSTX
