You've never seen an OTC company behave like this

JBI has major issues with its processor. They've been pretty up front with this. The numbers do not currently add up.
I'm not sure how many companies will be in a position to spend a lot of time and effort for a process that is difficult to run and is rather costly to operate.
This is not the processor that was "sold" to shareholders. That will make it a processor that probably cannot be sold to customers as shareholders continue to sell their shares.
But your confidence is admirable, even if I totally disagree with your premises and conclusions.
It's going to take a miracle at this point. I do not totally accept the scam thesis, but I do hold the executives responsible for embellishing the story to sell shares.
My biggest beef surrounds the whole mess with the SAIC report. It was glowing. And then it was retracted without a decent explanation about what aspects of the report should not be used when making an investment decision.
Basically everything was done in such an idealized manner that nothing could be used. The problems were known at that time. They were not properly conveyed to shareholders.
I don't think we've seen the last lawsuit.
