Hi "Ant", . . I saw that a while back, or a similar report. It is the MO of Chinese Companies in the area, and everywhere in Africa, in fact no different than they do to their own country, ,,,they rape and mutilate the environment and care less about "rules in place" to protect the land.  They are violating Africa and no one stops them.    RMC.
