When popular state politicians in middle-of-the-road states talk about how much money patients could save, and fewer side effects encounter, by using medical cannabis instead of prescription drugs for their diseases, it's like watching the earth open up. It sends the clearest message that resistance to medical cannabis is now futile. (Meanwhile, SKTO is in the sweet spot of mmj, and that perception is spreading.)

He said the natural plant could be used in place of prescription drugs such as Oxycontin, that are posing problems across the Mountain State.
"We have the highest rating of disabled people per capita, and those people are paying between $700 and $1,000 dollars a month for prescriptions," Manypenny said.
