What Bells stated straight from Mayor is what it is, straight from the horses mouth. The wholesale collectives are the MG partnered collectives. I know some of these are bigger than the average collective and under MG they are the 15 collectives who are, according to BB's formula: handling, growing, manufacturing and distributing the products to the 400 retail collectives.
