Tomorrow is January 13th. As per the Q and A the window for China is open currently. We filed for the regulatory approval nov 1st 2013. It states 60 day to 90 day process. So as BSAV accurately has alluded to the window is open from dec 30th 2013 to january 30th( january 30th being 90 days) so it can happen anytime. What doe that mean?????? What it means we can sell pediatric meds more specifically Rapimeds right away! Do we have a distributing partner to do so? According to the Q and A is suggest that it appears something is in place. Do we have the necessary funding???? yes as we have a 1m P.O. secured from 72.Will orders come right away upon approval???? Well, most likely yes as a team went to 6 areas of China in early November for approx 10 days. Is there any meltaways currently in China????? I believe there is nothing in that area as of today. Can there be any delays. The answer is yes, however we have spent a lot of time and have are right hand man Forbes assisting us. Do i believe it will happen relatively soon? My opinion is yes.
The second catalyst is in adjunct to Tenn Rx. We have applied for our D.E.A. license which is the schedule 2 so when can sell controlled substances. Why is this opportunity so big?????? well, we have 1 rep doing 165k a month for non controlled substances in Tenn. Getting our D.EA. approval would allow us to move into Florida which is a very fertile ground with the aging population that need pain killers etc. My projection off the 1 rep would be in 90 days Tenn Rx will do over 300k per month so that would equate to 3.6m in revenues a year that we take in 20% approx so based on 3.6m thats 720k per year. Now remember thats just 1 sales rep! I am quite sure they will hire several more over the next few months especially when PIMD is up and ready which will be approx 4 months ore less to get all their licenses. I believe we will get D.E.A. approval within 30 days.
This are the 2 catalysts that can propell scrc over the next 30 days imho.
