CEO bought a Pink Sheet shell company and quickly learned that it was a big mistake. (the man that sold him the Shell, immediately shorted the stock..3rd party promoters pumped and dumped the stock).
As a result, the CEO refuses to pay thousands of dollars to submit information that is available on the Company website.
The availability of information about past and present Government Contracts, Corporate affiliations, positions on various International Boards should be enough information to make an informed decision as to whether to invest or not.
