I am going to share something with the board here I wasn"t going to but I decided I would this is from November of 2013 when the company started talking about canceling the toxic debit from the balance sheet witch they did. we will start with my post then the response that I received from joe noel. this post has been validated through the recent sec filings that we have received here.

the warrants that are out are at a cheaper price then what the stock is selling for so to bring that to far value is what they are talking about on the reversal. we will see this shortly I could be wrong but I don't think I am. we wont know for sure until it is said so I still don't believe there is going to be a r/s here this is just my opinion on the matter I put up the research you can read it and make your own opinion from that

John. Just to inform you of the facts. All of the warrants were canceled. There are zero at outstanding. I canceled them personally at a great expense to myself. I just canceled almost $900,000 of debt. Last year I canceled about $250,000 of debt also at great expense to myself. I just wanted you to be informed of the facts of the facts.
The fact is medical alarm concepts is doing fantastically well. They are profitable. The balance sheet is now clean. And the prospects are very sound.
Good luck to you. MDHI is out of the stink now. Cost a lot. But this company is worth every penny.
