How would we know if he really did buy them back on open market or jut did the conversion, he could say one thing and do the other IMO I bet we do have some large contracts coming and I bet we do have a rs coming I have zero knowledge of it just betting it will happen, I know you talked about it long time ago, but what does not make sense to me is why do the conversions and then do a rs, he could do the rs first and then the convert the preferred, please explain if you can
