Paul Batista is not about to be "struck off" anything or to be investigated by anyone about anything.  He is a well-known public figure who is being stalked by a deranged, anonymous blogger using the name Drunken Sailor, who is a cyber fanatic who utilizes, and controls, a bulletin board that specializes in false Internet postings.  Drunken Sailor is part of the dirty detritus of the Internet era -- an irresponsible, cowardly liar who spends his life trashing other people. Drunken Sailor has already been barred by a judge from communicating with a court about Batista and his clients. Despite Drunken Sailor's sick stalking, Batista will continue his long career as lawyer, novelist, and television personality.  In contrast, Drunken Sailor will continue his career as cyber stalker.
