Well we have prevailed. I tried to encourage everyone here that the Global lock would be cleared. We got confirmation of that today. Like I said Bob just let this go on without telling anyone. He knew it was cleared on Dec. 19th but let it go with no news. Here is what I posted on the ILIE board.
WELL SO MUCH FOR THE GLOBAL LOCK...
Solos Endoscopy posted a disclosure regarding a notice it received
from the Depository Trust Company (DTC) on November 25, 2013. Since that time, Solos Endoscopy’s legal counsel provided DTC a legal opinion, on December 19, 2013, to confirm that each of the Subject Securities, including the Notice Securities, were, at the date of deposit at DTC, eligible under the Rules and Procedures of DTC to be deposited for the Services.
Now the Global lock is completely out of the why and we get a 130% increase. That is why this ran. I feel sorry for those that sold and lost out because of being scared to death this was going to they grey market. Oh well it allow me to pick up millions of shares. Next we get confirmation of CE Mark certificate. Then the big news comes.
Trust me todays volume of 65 million shares were not from buyers on this board, maybe 4-5 million shares were. Those same people knew there was not a global lock and was buying the shares for the past few months. That is why Bob never released anything about it. He was watching the transfer of all the shares from the weak hands into hands that know where this is going. Up 130% on 65 million shares traded. And it was so thin going up. So much for all those billion shares in the market. Hate to tell people those shares are not in the trading market. Bob had people buying those shares all this time. If there was a billion shares in the market we would of had tens of millions of shares on the ask. We did not! People better start to connect the dots. That is jus the facts!
I'm going to start to post on the board a little more to spank Hulk and Slaze. They just don't like me because of the fact I bring out against them. I will do the same again. If you guys would jump on my post to keep them positive and I will do the same for anyone else. I've got a few things I will be bringing out and you guys can take them and repost them again and again. Facts they will not have answers to . Like what was posted earlier. We don't need to be selling this low. We are in complete control of the float looking at the action today. There is not 1 billion shares in the market. We went up 130% on low volume. Very thin on the ask on the way up. Once we clear out Csuck I doubt we will see any big chunk of shares on the ask.
