I'm not exactly sure how they know, but they have software that knows and even if they wrongly accuse you they will put your account in jail because that makes them happy. They take their jobs way too seriously. I think you could create a second account at work or a relatives house though. I'm sure they pay the CJC enough that they use multiple internet providers at their "secret location"...(aka mom's basement)
